Free wheelchairs from Sanitätshaus Till Schiebler for your shopping trip to CITTI-PARK. When you show your ID and a pay a €50 deposit, you can get one of our wheelchairs for as long as you need for your shopping. Mon–Fri 8.30 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sat 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

There are vibration buttons and acoustic signals at many traffic lights in Flensburg’s city centre. These make it easier for people who are hard of seeing to cross the street safely.
A guiding line for blind people runs through Flensburg's pedestrian zone from Südermarkt to Nordermarkt: This is a line you can feel which has warning markings so that people who are hard of seeing can move around independently.
Lines you can touch and warning markings already make it easier at many bus stops to find your way to the boarding point. There are more and more tactile indications installed on the bus stops too.
What? The Mobility Service Centre organises everything you need if you need help getting on, getting off, or changing buses – for example, a lift for your wheelchair. We also answer questions about trains you can take, how accessible stations are, or how much time you need for transfers.
